At left is a customed sized vacuum forming table with a full working area of 28" x 28". We called it "The Mastadont."

Our vacuum forming tables

do not have a heating source and
do not have a a vacuum source.

The vacuum for a large table is easily achieved with a shop vac.

The most challenging aspect of a large, custom made vacuum forming table is the need to have or build a large enough oven.

A pizza oven would work.

Or, you can build an oven —

it has to have a heat source (two domestic electric barbecues? two kitchen counter top electric griddles?, etc.)
It must be able to be opened quickly
it's helpful for it to have peep holes so that you can see the plastic while it's warming
it has to have some sort of support inside to hold up the plastic frames

Despite the extra trouble, it is possible to get terrific results.

If building an oven is a little more “sweat equity” than you were planning on “spending” then perhaps a 24"x24", stand-alone commercial grade vacuum forming machine would work for you. See this company's website — www.vacugenic.com. Their vacuum forming machine is more expensive than one of our vacuum forming tables, but it has its own heat and vacuum source.

Our most requested custom sized vacuum forming table is the 28"X28". It has a full working area of 28"x28" and takes 30"x30" plastic. We include two of sheets of plastic to allow you to experiment. Additional plastic can be purchased directly by you from our plastic supplier whose contact information you will receive with the table.

Shipping costs vary by item and your location.

Within the USA we ship by UPS or US Priority Mail.

Shipments outside the USA are welcomed! They are made by USA Post—Global Priority Mail or Global Express Mail.

You may return a vacuum forming table for any reason within 30 days from the day you receive it.

Except that custom sized vacuum forming tables are not returnable. This ONLY applies to custom sized tables.

You may return an unused model kit for any reason within 30 days from the day you receive it.

You may return whatever plastic you havn't used for a refund proportional to what's left of the plastic order

The purchase price will be fully refunded.

There is no restocking fee.
